Shelley believes that “variety is the spice of life.” With the endless array of possible entrées that she can prepare for you, your choices are unlimited. She will guarantee that you will never have the same meals twice in six months unless you request it, so you will never become bored.

Whether you want home style meals like meatloaf and mashed potatoes or tantalizing meals like tender filet mignon and lobster, Shelley aims to please. She will also prepare kid-friendly meals so you can bring your whole family back to the table. Enjoying satisfying meals and quality time – what better combination.

All meals are customized based on your food preferences and dietary requirements as answered on her extensive food questionnaire. Shelley takes into consideration seasonal items upon availability.

Should you enjoy ethnic cuisine, Shelley will prepare foods, such as Mexican, Italian, Indian, French, Greek, Jewish, Asian and so forth.

Seafood (Fish depends on market availability)

  • Grilled Cod Fillets with Key Lime Mustard: Grilled cod fillets topped with a key lime Dijon mustard mayonnaise
  • Pecan-Crusted Flounder with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce: Cajun seasoned pan-fried flounder served with a roasted red bell pepper sauce
  • Seared Scallops with Tarragon-Butter Sauce: Large sea scallops with tarragon, butter and white wine
  • Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa: Marinated and rubbed pan-grilled salmon fillets served with a salsa mixture of mango, cucumber, green onion, garlic, citrus and spices

Poultry

  • Roasted Chicken with Dijon Sauce: Roasted chicken breasts, thighs and drumsticks in a rich but light Dijon cream sauce
  • Chicken & Pasta in Sun-dried Tomatoes & Cream: Chicken strips in a light white wine cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and shallots served over pasta
  • Apricot and Citrus Glazed Cornish Hens: Beautifully glazed Cornish hens with an apricot/citrus glaze
